The Elite Party Buses Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Your Party Bus Company (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking a reservation with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These terms are designed to be similar to those of other party bus companies in Minnesota, reflecting common industry practices and legal standards.
Booking and Payment Policies
All rentals are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability. For bookings made within 72 hours of the desired rental time, please call us to confirm availability.
We reserve the right to alter pick-up locations if necessary, with timely notice provided to you.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to your total rental cost. If you cancel your reservation, the deposit will be forfeited.
Payment Policy
We accept major credit/debit cards. A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking, regardless of your final payment method. The remaining balance is due upon bus arrival at the agreed upon location. The payment must be made before departure.
If no other payment arrangement is made, the credit card on file will be automatically charged for the outstanding balance. This card will also be used for any additional charges, such as damages, overtime, or cancellation fees.
Cancellation and Other Policies
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will apply:
–7 days or more before the rental: 50% of the total rental rate will be charged.
–Within 72 hours of the rental: 100% of the total rental rate will be charged, including a 20% gratuity.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged the full rental amount, including a 20% gratuity.
Safety Policy
Your safety is our top priority. Our drivers are fully licensed and certified, and our vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure they are in safe operating condition. We expect all passengers to behave in a safe and respectful manner. Any behavior that is deemed unsafe or disruptive by the driver may result in the immediate termination of the rental without a refund.
Alcohol and Drug Policy
Passengers who are 21 years of age or older may consume alcoholic beverages on the bus. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited. Illegal drugs are not permitted on the bus at any time. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of the rental without a refund.
Damages
You will be held responsible for any damages to the vehicle caused by you or any member of your group. This includes, but is not limited to, spills, stains, broken glass, and any other damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle. A cleaning fee of up to $200 may be charged for excessive messes or vomiting.
Liability
We are not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost or stolen during the rental. We are also not liable for any injuries that occur as a result of your own negligence or failure to follow our safety policies.
